Get a quote for any type of group transportation in Jacksonville through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com! From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to corporate events, sporting events, concerts, prom, field trips, and more, you can rent a bus in the network for whatever brings your group together in Jacksonville!

Through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com, renting a Jacksonville airport shuttle bus has never been easier for large groups. Instead of splitting your group across a dozen rideshares and paying surge pricing at baggage claim, one bus keeps everyone together from pickup to drop-off, on your schedule, not the airport's.
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) (2400 Yankee Clipper Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218) sits about 20 miles north of downtown. Pre-arranged charter buses and minibuses can't pick up on the public curb or in the Hourly Garage, so your group meets the bus in the airport's Ground Transportation Area on the lower level of the terminal, next to baggage claim. Buses without an annual airport permit need a Special Move Permit filed at least 48 hours before pickup under JAX's commercial ground transportation policy, so share your airline and flight number when you request your quote.
One meeting point and one headcount means nobody gets left behind at the terminal.
Need a bus from JAX to the Jacksonville Cruise Terminal (9810 August Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32226) for an embarkation morning transfer? Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com makes that easy, too. Fill out one quick form or call 904-515-1390 to get started!

You'll never want to deal with game-day parking or post-show rideshare chaos again once you've experienced a Jacksonville concert bus rental through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com. One bus keeps your whole group together, the pregame energy builds on board, and the ride home is already booked before the first note drops.
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena (300 A. Philip Randolph Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32202) opens its lots at least three hours before most events, and oversized-vehicle parking is first come, first served and fills quickly. Buses may be charged up to four times the posted rate (general parking runs $20 to $50 for most ticketed events), which isn't included in your free price quote. VyStar Arena's preferred drop-off is the corner of A. Philip Randolph Blvd and Duval Street, so your group steps off together at the door while everyone else circles for a space.
At Daily's Place Amphitheater, vehicles for hire load and unload near the Veteran's Memorial Wall at Franklin and Adams Streets, which gives your group one easy meeting point after the encore.
Headed to an outdoor festival or concert at Metropolitan Park (4110 Gator Bowl Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32202)? The city planned this waterfront park for performances, concerts and group gatherings, and one bus means one arrival and one ride home for your whole group. Party buses with built-in bars, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound systems make the ride to any Jacksonville concert an event in itself.

This is where Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com really shines for Jacksonville businesses. Whether you're shuttling convention attendees between downtown hotels and the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center (1000 Water St, Jacksonville, FL 32204), organizing a corporate retreat, or running recurring employee routes between campuses, a Jacksonville corporate charter bus rental takes the logistics off your plate entirely.
General public parking at the Prime Osborn is $12.00 per vehicle per day, and every lot is cashless. A shuttle loop from your hotels keeps attendees out of the pay lines and gets everyone to the opening session together, so your team can focus on the event itself.
Housing attendees nearby? The Marriott Jacksonville Downtown (245 Water Street, Jacksonville) is convenient to the Prime Osborn, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jacksonville Riverfront (1201 Riverplace Boulevard, Jacksonville) lists motorcoach parking among its amenities, so a bus has a place to wait between runs. Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com connects you with a large network of independent bus companies serving Jacksonville, so you get TONS of different bus types and packages to fit YOUR corporate itinerary. Call 904-515-1390 to build a custom corporate package today!

With Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com, renting a recurring Jacksonville employee shuttle service is simpler than managing a carpool spreadsheet. Rush hour on I-95, I-295, and US-1 can turn a short commute into a long one, and a private employee shuttle bus takes the stress out of it. Transit is getting thinner, too: beginning October 2026, JTA's service changes cut Route 4 from a bus every 30 minutes to every 45, discontinued the Route 82 Amazon Shuttle to the Pecan Park facility, and removed five ReadiRide on-demand zones, including Southside.
A dedicated shuttle fills that gap with a route built around your own shift times.
Whether your office is in the Deerwood Park business corridor, near Riverside Arts Market (715 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204), or in the Southside near St. Johns Town Center (4663 River City Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32246), Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com can connect you with a bus company that builds a custom route around your team's pickup locations and start times. Employees can use the ride to check emails over onboard WiFi, recharge devices at power outlets, or simply decompress before the workday begins.
Transportation for workplace stoppages, such as strikes or other labor disruptions, can also be found through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com. And if any team members have mobility needs, ADA-accessible bus rentals are available through the network. Call 904-515-1390 to discuss your recurring shuttle needs!

When your agency, base, or unit needs group transportation in Northeast Florida, Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com can help you find it. Moving people between the region's military installations, and to and from Jacksonville International Airport, is easier when you can compare options from a large network of providers.
Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS JAX) sends all commercial vehicles through the Allegheny Commercial gate, with inspections between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and commercial passes come from the pass office in building 1004 from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Ceremonies such as retirements and changes of command that need unescorted visitor access require at least 15 guests and are arranged through the Special Event Coordinator at 904-542-1470 or jaxs_nas_specialevents@us.navy.mil. Naval Station Mayport routes all commercial vehicles through its commercial gate (Gate 5), with inspections between 5:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
Either way, Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com can help you find charter bus transportation for deployments, training missions, commissioning ceremonies, and base-to-base personnel movements, with one bus at the gate instead of a line of personal cars. Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, near Starke, is another frequent destination for military group transportation needs.
Government agencies coordinating group travel to state offices or the Duval County Courthouse can also use Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com to rent and book charter buses. Fill out one quick form or call 904-515-1390 to get started with a government and military charter bus rental in Jacksonville!

Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com is the easiest way to rent a long-distance charter bus from Jacksonville when your group needs to travel beyond Northeast Florida. Whether you're heading down to Miami, over to Orlando, or making the drive to Atlanta, a full-size motorcoach makes the long haul comfortable for every passenger on board.
Full-size charter buses available through the network typically come equipped with reclining seats, climate control, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays, so your group can arrive rested and ready, no matter how far you're going. Coaches can also accommodate teams traveling with equipment, making them a top pick for sports team travel out of Jacksonville. Planning an Orlando theme park run?
Walt Disney World's oversized-vehicle parking is $40 per day for buses (not included in your free price quote), and one pass is good all day at all four theme parks, while group tour buses park free at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Football fans have a new reason to head south as well, since the Jaguars play their 2027 home games at Camping World Stadium in Orlando before EverBank Stadium reopens for the 2028 season.
Day trip to St. Augustine (about 40 miles south on US-1)? Weekend retreat to Amelia Island (about 30 miles north via A1A)? Multi-day tour hitting Savannah and Charleston?
You can compare buses for any distance through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com. Call 904-515-1390 or fill out one quick form to compare long-distance packages from a network of Jacksonville bus companies!

Bringing a group together for a birthday party, family reunion, anniversary celebration, or private outing in Jacksonville? Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com makes the transportation the easy part. Instead of splitting your group into a five-car caravan and hunting for parking at every stop, one bus keeps everyone together, with no surge pricing and no coordination headaches.
Jacksonville's private event scene is spread across the city, from rooftop venues in downtown to waterfront pavilions along the St. Johns River. Heading to The Lightner Museum in St. Augustine for a day-trip birthday bash? Its one designated coach parking space is on Granada Street, on the west side of the museum south of King Street, so the bus can park close by while your group explores.
Planning a private dinner at Taverna (1986 San Marco Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207) in San Marco? The restaurant offers group dining, encourages reservations and closes on Mondays, and one bus gets the whole table there at the same time. Whether your celebration ends with a stop at Friendship Fountain (1015 Museum Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32207) or somewhere else entirely, Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com can match your group with the right vehicle.
Party buses with built-in bars, LED lighting, and premium sound systems are available through the network for groups who want the celebration to start the moment they board. Rent a party bus, minibus, or charter bus from a large network of Jacksonville providers, all in one place. Fill out one quick form to get started!

Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com can help you lock in the perfect prom transportation in Jacksonville before your date sells out, and in a city this size, the best dates go fast. Prom season brings dances at Bartram Trail High School in St. Johns County and at Duval County schools like Mandarin High School, Sandalwood High School, First Coast High School, and Duncan U. Fletcher High School into the same spring window. Sandalwood High School's 2027 prom is April 10, 2027, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM at UNF's Herbert University Center (1200 Alumni Dr, Jacksonville), and at UNF's event parking, buses drop guests off and then park in the back of Lot 53 by Hicks Hall with no visitor pass needed.
That means one drop-off at the door and no parents circling campus at 10 PM. Waiting until the last minute usually means fewer vehicles to choose from.
A Jacksonville prom party bus keeps the whole friend group together from the pre-party house to the venue to the after-party, without anyone worrying about a designated driver. Party buses through the Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com network often come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, premium Bluetooth sound systems, flat-panel TVs, wraparound perimeter seating, and a full-length bar setup that keeps the energy exactly where prom night energy should be.
Want the bus color to match your theme so the photos check all the boxes? Black, white, and silver vehicles are often available through the network. Fill out one quick form to compare Jacksonville prom party bus options and pricing (no account needed), or call 904-515-1390 to book before your date is gone!

Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com helps you coordinate stress-free group transportation for churches, faith communities, and religious organizations across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Whether you're organizing a Sunday shuttle from a remote parking area to your congregation, coordinating transportation for a multi-church youth retreat, or arranging a pilgrimage to a regional faith event, Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com connects you with the right bus for your group size and budget.
Jacksonville's faith community spans the city, from neighborhood congregations to First Baptist Church Jacksonville (125 West Ashley Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202) in the heart of downtown. First Baptist's downtown Sunday schedule runs Sunday School at 9:00 AM, worship at 10:45 AM and evening worship at 6:15 PM, so a shuttle loop from a remote lot can be timed to each service. Coordinating transportation for large Sunday services, midweek Bible studies, or annual retreats is where a private charter bus rental earns its keep.
Need to transport a group to a regional faith conference at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, or organize a service day at Mission House (800 Shetter Ave, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250), Jacksonville Beach's only day center supporting people facing homelessness? Mission House's group volunteering is open to churches, schools and companies, and one bus brings the whole volunteer team together. Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com makes it easy. Fill out one quick form or call 904-515-1390 to compare religious group charter bus rentals in Jacksonville!

Setting up a Jacksonville school field trip bus rental through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com means no volunteer carpool sign-ups and no packing students into cramped yellow buses. Students, teachers, and chaperones can travel together on one bus, and many buses offer a PA system for educational commentary along the way.
The Jacksonville area has no shortage of outstanding field trip destinations, though one favorite is in transition: the Museum of Science & History (MOSH) has left its Southbank location and is preparing a new museum in downtown Jacksonville, serving schools through outreach programs while it moves. The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens (829 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204) books school tours through reservations@cummermuseum.org, and guided school tours need at least 10 students, so one bus brings the whole class with room for chaperones. Field trips to the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens (370 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32218) must be requested at least two weeks ahead, and nearly half of the zoo's field trips land in March, April and May, when the calendar fills to capacity.
The school rate covers groups of 15 or more on weekdays during the school year, with one chaperone for every 10 children, which makes it easy to size the bus.
College campus tours to the University of North Florida (1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224) are also popular through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com, and the UNF Welcome Center hosts groups of 10 or more students with requests due 20 days before the tour date. At Jacksonville University (2800 University Blvd N, Jacksonville, FL 32211), visitors can park in Lot I, the general parking area. ADA-accessible buses may be available in the network, so just mention it when you request your quote!

Find a bus for your Jacksonville sports group and skip the parking circus, the carpool coordination, and the post-game rideshare wait. Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com connects fans, teams, and athletic organizations with a large network of bus companies serving Jacksonville, so everyone rides together, the pregame energy builds on board, and the ride home is already sorted before kickoff.
EverBank Stadium (1 EverBank Stadium Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32202), home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, has two drop-offs: on the east side, enter Lot C off Gator Bowl Blvd, and on the west side, use Gate 1 by entering Lot M from the Georgia and Adams Street entrance. Vehicles parked or idling in the designated lots without a valid pass are towed, and the Jaguars' 2026 lot passes are sold out, so dropping your group at the gate beats hunting for a cash lot. The remaining 2026 home games are the Colts on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 1 p.m., the Titans on Sunday, Nov. 29 at 4:05 p.m., and the Steelers on Monday, Dec. 14 at 8:15 p.m.
The annual Florida-Georgia Game leaves Jacksonville this year for Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Oct. 31, 2026, so fan groups need a long-distance bus for this one. Day-of bus parking at EverBank Stadium for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl is $100 through the Gator Bowl office (904-798-1700), which isn't included in your free price quote.
Heading to VyStar Ballpark (301 A. Philip Randolph Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32202) for a Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game? The team controls no parking in the sports complex, and lots run $5 to $20 per vehicle depending on other events, so one bus spares your group a handful of parking tabs. For youth and high school sports teams traveling to tournaments, a sports team charter bus with undercarriage storage for equipment is the smart call.

Got 30 seconds? That's all it takes to start comparing Jacksonville wedding shuttle bus options through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com! Whether you're shuttling out-of-town guests from downtown hotels to a waterfront ceremony, running a continuous loop between your venue and a remote parking area, or keeping the whole wedding party together from the rehearsal dinner to the after-party, Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com makes wedding transportation the last thing on your to-do list.
Jacksonville has an incredible range of wedding venues, from grand riverfront estates to intimate historic properties. The Treasury on the Plaza (24 Cathedral Place, Suite 111, St. Augustine, FL 32084), about 40 miles south, keeps its private lot next to the building for reserved events only on evenings, weekends and holidays, and The Treasury's ceremonies and receptions host up to 175 guests, so a guest shuttle from Jacksonville hotels saves everyone a hunt for downtown St. Augustine parking. Closer to home, Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club (1830 Epping Forest Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32217) lists motorcoach parking among its wedding amenities, and its first-floor space holds receptions of 275 guests.
The Garden Club of Jacksonville (1005 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204) on the St. Johns River in Riverside also lists motorcoach parking, with a ballroom for 350 to 500 guests, so the buses can wait on site until the last dance.
Want to match your bus color to your wedding palette? Black, white, and silver vehicles are often available through the Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com network. And for the bachelorette party the night before, a Jacksonville bachelorette party bus keeps the celebration rolling all night long, so your happily ever after starts with everyone together.

Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com is a comparison and quote-request website that makes finding group transportation in Jacksonville fast and easy. Instead of calling company after company and waiting on callbacks, you can compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, sprinter vans, and more from a large network of independent transportation companies, all in one place. Share your trip details once, look through your options, and book right through a national booking platform. Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles, which means you're never limited to whatever one fleet happens to have available.
You get more options, more packages, and more peace of mind!
For most Jacksonville trips, booking two to three months in advance gives you the best combination of vehicle selection and pricing. Stretch that to four to six months or more for high-demand dates: Jacksonville Jaguars home game days (the remaining 2026 home dates are Nov. 1, Nov. 29 and Monday, Dec. 14), prom season (April–May), The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass (110 Championship Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082), set for March 9-14, 2027, and major downtown events like the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, held each Memorial Day weekend. The Florida-Georgia Game books up fast too, and this year it's in Atlanta on Oct. 31, so plan it as a long-distance trip.
Waiting until the last minute on any of these dates usually means higher prices and limited availability. Book early, since it usually costs less than booking late.
Buses drop off on the east side by entering Lot C off Gator Bowl Blvd, or on the west side at Gate 1 by entering Lot M from the Georgia and Adams Street entrance. For the 2026 season, Jaguars-controlled lots open four hours before kickoff and close two hours after each game, lot passes are sold out, and vehicles parked or idling in the designated lots without a valid pass are towed. EverBank Stadium's parking rules also keep vehicles longer than 18 feet out of lined spaces, so plan on a gate drop-off rather than a spot in a tailgate row.
After the game, traffic flows one way away from the stadium, so set a meeting spot at your drop-off gate before kickoff.
Yes! The Jacksonville Cruise Terminal sits off Interstate 295, and any commercial vehicle may drop passengers off there. To pick up, a commercial vehicle has to give the name of each person it's collecting, so have your passenger list ready when you request your quote.
Terminal parking needs no reservation, and oversized vehicles pay $34 per day, which isn't included in your free price quote. Carnival Elation and Norwegian Cruise Line sail from the terminal, and from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) it's about 35 minutes without traffic, making an airport-to-cruise-terminal shuttle one of the most popular Jacksonville trips found through Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com!
Absolutely! Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com connects you with bus companies serving all of Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Orange Park, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, and more. Whether your group is headed to TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra for The Players Championship, a beach day at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park (500 Wonderwood Drive, Jacksonville 32233), or a day trip to historic St. Augustine, you can rent a bus in the network for it. Check the full list of cities we serve to find group transportation near you!
It depends on the vehicle type, but you'll find TONS of great options through the Busrentalcompanyjacksonville.com network! Party buses typically come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. Charter buses generally include reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays, ideal for long-distance travel.
Minibuses offer overhead storage, power outlets, WiFi, and reclining seats in a more compact, city-friendly package. Sprinter vans are perfect for small executive groups or airport transfers. Mention any must-haves when you request your quote!
For groups of 20 or fewer, a minibus rental is ideal, nimble enough for Ponte Vedra Beach roads and flexible for multiple pickup stops. Groups of 20–56 should look at a full-size charter bus with undercarriage storage for gear, coolers, and rain gear. TPC Sawgrass is about 25 miles from downtown Jacksonville.
For the 2027 tournament, THE PLAYERS parking passes must be bought online in advance, one per day, with no parking sold on site, so one bus beats a caravan of cars that each need a pass. Book well in advance, because Players week is one of the tightest availability windows in Northeast Florida!
Book as early as possible, and for Jacksonville's peak dates, that means four to six months out. The Players Championship (each March), Jacksonville Jazz Festival (Memorial Day weekend), Jaguars home game days (Nov. 1, Nov. 29 and Dec. 14 remain in 2026), and prom season (April–May) all create intense demand across the Jacksonville bus rental market, and the Florida-Georgia Game (in Atlanta on Oct. 31, 2026) books fast too. For standard events and group outings outside these peak windows, two to three months of lead time is workable, but the earlier you lock in your date, the better your vehicle selection and often the lower your rate.
Waiting until the last minute usually costs more. Call 904-515-1390 right now to secure your date!
